The annual festival takes place in Ottawa and Toronto. What can visitors expect? What started as a casual event soon evolved into a mission to bring the traditions and energy of Latin America to Canada. Just four years later, it had grown into a massive celebration, with attendance exceeding 4,000 people. Since then, the festival has moved to Albert Island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From that point on, certain traditions became permanent: live performances by invited musicians, authentic food, and free dance workshops for all visitors. It does not matter your age, gender, profession, or dance skills\u2014only your mood and desire to have fun matter.
